REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Drip Down Under, many of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
We do not offer refunds.
However, we do accept returns within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only.
Please ensure you carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
Sale Items
Please note: Sale items are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any sale or discounted items (unless the item is faulty).
Exceptions – Damaged or Faulty Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and the issue
• A brief description of the fault
If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Conditions
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty.
• Store credit or exchange will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
