At Drip Down Under, we partner with a print-on-demand service to produce and ship our produce-on-demand clothing. Each item is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed, ensuring unique, high-quality garments every time.

 


 

Order Processing Time

Production Time: Orders are typically produced within 3–7 business days. Once production is complete, items are shipped no later than the 8th business day.

 


 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


Our service offers multiple shipping options depending on your location:

Special Line: Average delivery time of 10 business days, with 95% of orders arriving within 15 business days.

International Shipping: Average delivery time of 5 business days, with 95% delivered within 7 business days.

Standard Shipping: Average delivery time of 25 business days, with 95% of orders delivered within 30 business days.


Please note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include production time. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping costs are based on location and product weight.

 


 

International Shipping


We proudly ship worldwide. However, some countries may have restrictions on delivery. Please ensure that international shipping is available in your region before placing an order.

 


 

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery’s progress.

 


 

Address Accuracy


Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delivery issues or failed shipments.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP to update your address.

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to modify the address.

 


 

Lost or Damaged Packages


If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Please include:

A brief description of the problem


We’ll work with POD service to resolve the issue and get a replacement to you.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes


International orders (including Australia) may be subject to import duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
